Tuition & Fees


Tuition* is determined by a sliding financial scale based on the Adjusted Gross Income* of the parents. The tuition scale is identified below and demonstrates that Catholic education remains a great investment and value for your child. 

Families who are registered, contributing members of St. Jerome Parish, St. Joseph Parish, St. Philip Parish, or other local Catholic parishes may receive a discount from their total tuition. 

*AGI will be verified by Federal Income Tax Form 1040 or 1040A.

To facilitate sound budget practices, there will be absolutely no refunds of tuition or fees paid, granted to any family enrolled in the Battle Creek Area Catholic Schools. The exception is only for families/students relocating out of the service area, or for families experiencing hardship. Prorated tuition may be refunded to those families with the approval of the school’s Pastor or Business Manager, and upon the school’s receipt of the student(s) new school’s request for transfer of student’s records. In adherence of this policy, upon annual enrollment, all families will sign an enrollment contract, and will receive a copy of this policy.
