The annual retreat at Notre Dame for our graduating seniors allows them to reflect upon their high school years. They have the opportunity to discuss their hopes and fears for the future, and realize that God continues to walk with them on their life journey. Students look ahead to the changes that graduation and their futures will bring.
This year's retreat, which included a "Spiritual Scavenger Hunt" was especially memorable. A group of students made their way up to Fr. Theodore Hessburgh's library during the Scavenger Hunt. They were met by Father Hessburch himself and given a history lesson on Notre Dame before being receiving a blessing by Fr. Teddy (as he told them to call him). Father is now President Emeritus now after being Notre Dame's President for 35 years!
