All families register their students* annually. Enrollment begins each spring for
the upcoming school year.
Families new to the Battle Creek Area Catholic Schools should contact the
school to begin the enrollment process. This may include an informational visit
and school tour with the principal. Students are also welcome to visit their
grade level classroom for a day.
All families will complete the BCACS Registration Booklet and return it to the
BCACS Administrative Office.
If you are seeking tuition assistance, complete and return the
Private School Aid Service Form, as directions indicate. Our school code is 1698.
This will serve as the application for all available Tuition Assistance, with the
exception of the Black Evangelization Scholarship, which requires completition
of this application and supporting documents.
Once enrolled, additional records – birth certificate, baptismal certificate,
immunization record and transfer of records – may be requested.
