Nurturing Environment - Opportunity “I chose the Battle Creek Area Catholic Schools based largely on the level of education my boys would receive – in addition to a top-notch education delivered by dedicated staff, I was impressed by the way in which their students are taught. Every lesson is infused with morality in a values-centered classroom.” Stacy Hanna - Mother of Gabe and Evan Registration Process

Tuition AssistanceAlong with the sliding scale tuition based on income, the combined financial support of our Catholic parishes and the BCACS Foundation make it possible for all families to choose Catholic education.Although tuition continues to be an excellent value, we realize that it may put a strain on some families' budgets. In order to assist families in providing for a Catholic school education, additional tuition assistance is available. Parents seeking tuition assistance must complete a PSAS Application by April 15 of the previous school year, submitting the required forms to verify income, and a $20 non-refundable fee payable to the Private School Aid Service Program. The application process is not intended to intimidate, rather, it ensures that the amount of aid given to each family is objective and that as many eligible students as possible receive help. Tuition assistance applications are available in the BCACS Administrative Office. Families currently receiving tuition assistance must reapply annually for consideration. Using the PSAS Application located below, as a guide, the Battle Creek Area Catholic Schools Foundation oversees the distribution of scholarship funds from selected endowment funds, and designated donor funds.
